ABOUT THE SUMMIT

The Movement Summit: Exploring the Intelligence of the Body is an opportunity to learn about and connect with your body’s innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity for expression. Learning from the experts we’ve assembled from a variety of movement fields, you can embark on a discovery of greater whole-body awareness and a deeper appreciation of your own uniqueness.

It’s a chance to explore physical expression through a range of intersecting perspectives that include techniques such as Body-Mind Centering®, myofascial force transmission, body mapping, mobility and breathwork as it relates to the nervous system, and more. Furthermore, it offers different ways to connect theory and practice around topics such as yoga and pain science, trauma, biomechanics, fascia, and neuroscience.

Savor these experiences—at your own pace and in your own way... Begin this discovery and take your movement practice in new directions!
